How companies use YouTube for Diversity purposes

Companies more and more are discovering social media to build their (diversity) brand.

At the forefront are technology companies such as Google and IBM, and other corporate who have stated a channel on YouTube showing videos around a wide range of topics.

For example have a look at Women @ Google (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Women@Google&search_type=&aq=f)

Another impressive overview can be found from IBM Diversity (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=ibm+diversity&search_type=&aq=f). All of these videos are posted by IBM’s Diversity team.
